Reporting Sickness Absence
Dawlish School are trialling a new way of reporting pupil sickness absence. Parents are currently asked to call the school office, each day, to report their child’s absence. However, from Monday 26th February 2018, we are asking all Parents/Carers to report their child’s absence by completing a simple form. You will be able to report your child’s sickness absence by clicking on the link below. Once you have clicked “submit” the form will automatically be emailed over to the Dawlish school office, and your child’s absence will be recorded as appropriate. Please note that this procedure is only for reporting sickness absence and should not be used for reporting any other absences. Reported absences are not automatically authorised and the school will continue to contact parents /carers if further information is required.
